I have a hectic week ahead, so I want to share my meal plan and prep for the rest of the week. I write my menu and shopping list on Sunday, then shop for groceries. I try to eat clean, so planning ahead is the easiest way to ensure that I eat right without giving it too much thought.
I prepped meals for the next four days at 9 p.m. tonight. Was that what I wanted to be doing that late? Absolutely not! I did it anyway. It’s just like being motivated to go to the gym – I just do it.
